Christopher Robert Evans, born 13 June 1981, is an American actor. The actor began his career acting in TV shows including Opposite Sexual Sex in the year 2000. Evans was a household name as The Human Torch Marvel Comics character in the 2005 movie Fantastic Four, and the sequel Fantastic Four Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007). Evans has appeared in other films that are based off comics such as TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim against. the World (2009) Snowpiercer (2003). His portrayal of Captain America/Steve Rogers in Captain America: The Winter Soldier in the Marvel Cinematic Universe films Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014, 2015), Captain America: Civil War (2016) and Avengers: Infinity War (2018) in addition to Endgame 2019, brought him more recognition. The Marvel films made him one of Hollywood's most well-paid actors.
