Madhuri Dixit
Madhuri was an Indian actress who achieved fame for her role in the films Hum Aapke Haiin Koun and Beta Saajan. In the 80s, she began her acting career and became popular with the role of Tezaab which she played alongside an established actor Anil Kapooor. Her subsequent appearance on screen was Dil along with Aamir. In Mumbai her home, she grew up in a family of middle-class parents. As a child, she began to learn about age, she started to study dance. She began acting when she was an infant and was struggling through a couple of years since the majority of her first films were flops. The actress gained fame and was one of India's leading film actresses. Following her wedding, she took a break from her acting career prior to returning. Recently, she had an important role in the film Gulaab Gang which was about the struggle of women across India. Dixit has been nominated for the fifteen Filmfare Awards, out of which she won eight. Padma Shri is the fourth highest civilian honor in India. Her reputation also includes as a social activist.
